Ingredients:

• 1 oz White Rum

• 1 oz Malibu Rum

• 2 oz Pineapple Juice

• 2 oz Coconut Cream

• 2 oz Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

• 1 Banana

Instructions:

1.  Prepare the Fruit:

–  If using fresh strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.

2.  Blend the Tropical Mixture:

In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, banana, and white rum. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3.  Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

–  In a separate blender or container, blend the strawberries and Malibu rum until smooth. You may add a little bit of water if needed to help with blending.

4.  Assemble the Drink:

–  To create the lava flow effect, pour the pineapple-coconut rum mixture into a glass, filling it about halfway.

–  Then, slowly pour the strawberry mixture on top of the first layer. The strawberry mixture should gently sink, creating a beautiful layered effect.

5.  Serve and Enjoy:

–  Optionally, garnish with a slice of pineapple, a strawberry, or a cherry for a tropical finishing touch.
