Delicious and Colorful Layered Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries 🫐

1 mango, peeled and sliced 🥭

2 passionfruits, seeds scooped out 🍋
-
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) 🥛
-
1 tablespoon honey (optional) 🍯
-
A handful of ice cubes 🧊
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Blueberry Layer:
– In a blender, combine the blueberries with 1/3 cup of milk and a few ice cubes.
– Blend until smooth.
– Pour the blueberry mixture into the bottom of a glass.
2. Prepare the Mango Layer:
– Rinse the blender, then blend the mango slices with 1/3 cup of milk and a few ice cubes until smooth.
– Gently pour the mango smoothie over the blueberry layer to create a layered effect.
3. Prepare the Passionfruit Layer:
– Blend the passionfruit seeds with the remaining milk, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
– Carefully pour this layer on top of the mango layer.
4. Serve:
– Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
– Optionally, garnish with fresh fruit or mint leaves for extra color and flavor.
