For the Brie Parcel:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 round brie cheese (8 oz) 🧀
½ cup dried cranberries or cranberry sauce
⅓ cup chopped pecans
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp honey 🍯
For Garnish & Serving:
Fresh thyme 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat Oven: 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brie: Place puff pastry on a sheet. Set brie in center. Top with cranberries, pecans, and drizzle of honey.
Wrap: Fold pastry up and over brie, sealing edges. Brush with beaten egg.
