Ingredients:

  • 2–3 oz chocolate fudge syrup

  • Ice

  • 4 oz full-fat whole chocolate milk

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum

  • 1/2 oz amaretto

  • 2 oz plain seltzer

  • aMaraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

  • Chips Ahoy cookies (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1.  Prepare the Glass:

–  Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

2.  Mix the Ingredients:

–  Pour chocolate fudge syrup into the glass.

–  Add chocolate milk and stir well to combine the syrup and milk.

3.  Add the Alcohol:

–  Pour in the dark rum and amaretto to give the drink a nice kick. Stir the mixture again.

4.  Top with Seltzer:

– Add the plain seltzer to give the drink a fizzy texture. Stir gently to combine without losing the fizz.

5.  Garnish (Optional):

–  Top the drink with a dollop of whipped cream for a creamy finish.

–  Garnish with a maraschino cherry and Chips Ahoy cookies for a fun touch.
